Supporting Survivors of Domestic Abuse
Jo provided ongoing support to a domestic violence survivor – including signposting to specialist services and helping secure safer housing.
Cutting Council Tax Bills
Jo successfully completed a Council Tax Reduction application, reducing a resident’s annual bill from £1,579.88 to just £315.98 – a major saving in challenging times.
Navigating Immigration Processes
Jo assisted a resident with a complex immigration enquiry, ensuring they understood the process and received the support they needed.
Tackling Anti-Social Behaviour
Jo reported multiple incidents of anti-social behaviour to the local authority’s Community Resilience Team – helping make neighbourhoods safer.
Improving Council Homes
Jo ensured urgent repairs to several council properties were reported and completed – improving conditions for local tenants.
Helping with Legal Paperwork
Jo supported an elderly resident in retrieving divorce documents through the family courts, offering guidance and reassurance during a difficult period.
Delivering Results
Jo and her team continue to work hard for local residents – dealing with hundreds of casework enquiries every month to get results for our communities.
