Local MP – Jo Platt- is holding a housing drop-in session for local residents. If anybody living in Leigh and Atherton – which includes Tyldesley, Golborne, Lowton, and parts of Astley – has an issue with housing that they’d like to discuss, then they are welcome to visit Jo’s office to discuss it with an advisor.
The housing drop-in session is taking place between 10am-12pm, on Monday 23 June, in Jo’s constituency office on Bradshawgate in Leigh.
Jo Platt said: “I have noticed a surge in the number of people contacting me about housing issues, so I wanted to hold a drop-in session, where residents could come along to get advice.
“Not only will my team be there, ready to help residents, but representatives from the local authority housing team will also be in attendance to assist residence.”
If you plan to attend, please be sure to bring photo identification with you.
If you’re unable to get to the drop-in session, then you can contact Jo for assistance via email on: jo.platt.mp@parliament.uk.
