In Parliament today, Leigh and Atherton MP – Jo Platt – spoke about the need for insurers to do more to support those impacted by flooding.
Jo Platt said: “From speaking to Lilford residents impacted by the flooding on New Year’s Day, it’s clear that insurers need to be doing more to support residents in the recovery. I raised this issue with the Minister for Flooding.”
