A new cafe, wine and cocktail bar – called G & T Time – is set to open in Leigh next year and local MP Jo Platt has welcomed this investment into our town centre.

G & T Time is currently in the early stages, but work has started on the building, which is located on Chapel Street.

Leigh and Atherton MP, Jo Platt, said: “Investment in our constituency is vital if we are to see the change we need. We are incredibly fortunate to have homegrown local businesses that are determined to make that happen.

“This project is just the first stage, but it’s already shaping up to be a fantastic gateway into the town. I’m excited to see the positive impact this will have in Leigh.

“Let’s keep supporting local and building a brighter future for Leigh and Atherton!”
